REFUND
Please note that there is 15 days Money Back Guarantee with your Purchase. Once you have received your product you have 15 days to notify us that there is a problem and you are sending it back for a Refund or Exchange. Products have to be in it's original Condition and must not have any sign of worn or used. If you received a broken product please Contact us via E-Mail or Call us at 323-888-8856 and we'll help you any way Possible. If you have paid us with your Visa or MasterCard, then the money that we'll refund will go directly to your account that you have paid from. Please note that shipping is not refundable under any-Circumstances. There will be 10% Restocking fee on all crossbows.
EXCHANGE
Customers have to contact us and let us know that they want to exchange the product. All they have to do is send the product back to the address that will be on their Invoice with the Note that they want a different product or size, also customers have to pay us shipping for us to send them a different size or product.
SHIPPING
Once your payment has been Received, We will ship your order within 1-2 business days through UPS most orders are shipped the same day they are received. We know that you want us to deliver your product as soon as possible, So we do everything possible to send the item same day the payment has been received. We Guarantee our customers that their product will get to them with in 7 business days. Our Customers will have a tracking number the day we'll ship their order out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers might get charged with custom duties and taxes. We do not know the exact amount they will be charged, taxes and duties are charged by customs. Please note we do not refund custom charges because those charges are charged by Customs.
